Where does the RØDE Store ship to?

We ship all products worldwide. Please note that some countries will charge import fees or duty, and it is your responsibility to contact your customs authority to determine any duty and tax payable price prior to purchase completion.


How much is shipping?

To make things easy we charge a US$10 flat rate shipping fee to anywhere in the world.

 

How long will shipping take?

It depends on your location, but we generally aim to deliver within two weeks from the date of order. We ship via Australia Post's registered mail service.


Do I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships you will be notified by email with the tracking details. You can track your shipment on the Australia Post website here - http://auspost.com.au/track/.


What if the item isn't in stock?

RØDE endeavours to have readily available stock of any product listed on the RØDE Store, however at times there may be stock inconsistencies. In the very unlikely incident of a no-stock situation a RØDE Store representative will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order to arrange fulfilment timeframe, alternate options or a full refund.


What about taxes and duty?

Unfortunately RØDE cannot assume any responsibility for taxes and duties payable internationally, as explained clearly in our terms & conditions. In some cases certain regions demand what could be considered excessive duty charges. RØDE recommends you investigate the nature of duties and taxes in your region before purchasing from our store.
